Hopefully, you’ll never have to use this technique. But if you’re all alone, it could save your life…
1.Get into a push up position
Immediately get on your hands and knees in a modified “push up” position. The aim here is fall onto your own chest, so position yourself accordingly.
2.Fall onto your chests
Shoot your arms out in front of you so that you’ll fall, forcefully landing on your chest and belly.
3.Repeat if Necessary
This will push air up through your throat, hopefully dislodging whatever is causing you to choke. Repeat if necessary to clear out the blockage.
