People experience many emotions which create a different sense within your body, those emotions vary from happiness to sadness, or extreme joy to depression. When we are in situations that make us happy our body releases different chemicals which create a different environment inside our body. If you feel happy, your body releases serotonin, dopamine or oxytocin. On the contrary, while stresses your body releases cortisol.

Most of our time we spend defining and judging what should be considered as positive and what as negative. Sometimes we define something as positive but turns in the opposite way.
