250 ml. of water

A cup of instant oatmeal

40 gr. of honey

2 cups of pineapple chunks

A cup of fresh orange juice

7 gr. of cinnamon

40 gr. of crushed almonds


Cook the oatmeal first, and stir in the fresh orange juice. While it simmers, add the pineapple chunks, honey, almonds and cinnamon in your blender and process them on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Add the previously cooked oatmeal in the blender and continue mixing until the mixture is homogenous. For a colder smoothie, add some ice cubes and enjoy!
