The Recipe

Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower

Ingredients:

– 1 head of organic cauliflower
– 1 tablespoon olive oil [or coconut oil]
– 1 tablespoon turmeric
– Pinch of cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. First, chop the cauliflower head to get florets, and put it in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 400∞F.
  2. In the dish with the cauliflower, add cumin, turmeric, olive oil, salt and mix all ingredients.
