Liver Cleansing Juice Recipe

The liver is a real laboratory in the human body. Your liver has a lot of vital functions and tries to neutralize all harmful agents found in the body.

But it could easily be damaged which would cause its malfunction. We suggest you prepare this juice to cleanse and keep your liver healthy.

Ingredients:

500 ml (16 oz.) water, (boiled and cooled)
6 fresh lemons
ginger root
4 garlic bulbs
4 mint leaves
3 tablespoons linseed oil
3 grapefruits
little cumin powder

Preparation:

Squeeze the lemons and the grapefruits.
Then shred the ginger and the garlic and place them in a blender; add some water.
Strain the mixture to leave out any larger pieces.
Add the 500 ml (16 oz ) of water, the ginger and garlic juice and the lemon and grapefruit juice in a blender and keep adding the mint, the cumin powder, and the linseed oil.
As a final step, add the garlic and ginger juice, stir a bit more and your juice is ready.

There are two suggestions for how you can do a liver cleanse. First, suggestion, eat fresh, raw fruits and vegetables on the first and on the fifth day, consume this liver cleansing juice fast on days two, three and four. Second suggestion is to do a five-day liver cleansing juice, consuming only liquids for the entire duration of the cleanse.
