You will need:
- 200 ml. rum (or 95% alcohol) (make sure it has zero methanol or benzalkonium chloride)
- 350 gr. garlic
Note: If you choose alcohol for the recipe, make sure it doesn’t contain benzalkonium chloride or methanol.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves, and add rum or alcohol. Put this mixture in a glass jar and close the jar tightly. Leave it to stay for 10 days. Afterward, strain the mixture and keep it in the fridge for about two weeks.
How to use it:
The recommended dosage that should be strictly followed: add one drop of this remedy in a glass of water before breakfast, two drops before lunch and three drops before dinner. Consume it over a period of 12 days.
