Remove Gallbladder Stones -Causes, Symptoms, Effective Natural Treatments and Properly Diet !

Symptoms of gallstones can be so very well hidden and quite difficult to detect, which is definitely a disadvantage for their diagnosis. It often happens that a man even not known that have gallstones until the first painful attack.
Sometimes the gallstones are so small that can be removed from the body easily, but sometimes even small stone could make big problems. What causes gallstones

It is believed that the main reason behind the emergence of this problem, is excessive consumption of foods rich in saturated fats (animal products),which causes obesity and increase in cholesterol levels with increased risk for the formation of stones in the bile. If our liver secretes too much cholesterol, comes to excess in bile, and then creates sludge that is deposited in the gallbladder and in that way the gallstones starts to form. Taking hormones and contraceptives, especially during menopause, as well as certain drugs that lower cholesterol also increases the risk, as well as atherosclerosis and diabetes. It is believed that certain digestive problems and digestion can cause gallstones.
Gallstones and diet 

Improper nutrition is one of the key reasons why occurs gallstones, so we should have full attention on the choice of food . Food can decrease or increase the saturation of bile cholesterol – which is the primary factor in the formation of cholelithiasis. Some foods may serve as a means of dissolving cholesterol, making it less dangerous.

Gall diet recommended toast of wholemeal flour, cooked brown rice, wheat pasta without eggs. Is allowed the use of lean meat, boiled or roasted on the grill, fish, low-fat cheeses, olive oil and egg white (yolk can cause contractions). Eat cooked vegetables, and fruits in small quantities. Nutrition for gallstones means to avoid fried, fatty and fried meat, full-fat cheeses and foods rich in cholesterol, sugary foods, too cold or hot food and drinks. Not recommended vegetables rich in cellulose, which, while puffed – cabbage, cucumbers, kohlrabi, onions, cauliflower and beans, fried potatoes and leeks. Prohibited food : pickled vegetables, all types of vinegar, strong tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages and cold drinks. red and black pepper, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Note:  Rigorous diets are very dangerous because it can exacerbate problems. With a specific diet, every day should be taken 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil that will ensure complete emptying and cleaning the liver and gallbladder, and reduce the ability to form gallstones. If you suddenly quit consuming fats, then the gallbladder have an insufficient contraction to could throw the bile into the small intestine and then starts to create stones. Also, the problem can be caused by skipping breakfast, as well as making a big break between meals (ideally four hours).
The first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat 4-5 apples, whatever you want. Apple juice softens the kidney. During those five days, eat normally.
At 18 h , take a teaspoon of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) with a glass of warm water.
At  20 h to repeat the same. Magnesium sulfate cleans and opens the bile ducts.
At 22 h, take half a cup of olive oil (or sesame oil) with half a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well and drink. The oil lubricates the stones and facilitate their passage.

Nature Cure for gallstones from onion and honey

Mix the juice of onion with honey in the ratio 1: 1, and take 3 times a day 1  tablespoon, 15 minutes before eating. This is an excellent natural remedy for gallstones, it slowly dissolves tiny stones. The therapy last 30 days.

Carrot for the treatment of biliary

Daily drink 100 ml  of freshly squeezed carrot juice or eat a teaspoon of carrot seeds which previously topped with boiling water and left to stand for half an hour. The treatment lasts for at least a month.

Healing Horseradish

The young leaves of horseradish wash, strain and dry from water , and pour into a (700 ml) glass jar and pour brandy so that the foliage is completely covered. Keep in the fridge fir a week, then strain and take one tablespoon of tincture dissolved in a cup of water 3 times a day, half an hour before meals. In severe cases, it is necessary to 3-4 of these jars.
Radish

This treatment lasts for 40 days, starting with 100 ml of freshly squeezed juice of radish, half an hour before a meal, but the amount must gradually increasing to 400 ml (this phase lasts 3 weeks). Thereafter, the amount of juice gradually reduced until it again reaches 100 ml.
Note: This therapy is not recommended if a person has problems with the stomach and intestines.

Beet

Peel and cut into cubes 2 small beets, pour them with 5 ml water and cook until the liquid is thick as syrup. Strain and drink the cup 3 times a day before meals. The treatment lasts one month.

Teas for gallstones

Alehoof (Glechoma hederacea) and Hop (Humulus)

Mix 20 g of anise, alehoof, Humulus, agrimony mint and wormwood, and 3 tablespoons of the mixture pour with a liter of cold wine from apples and heat to boiling, then remove from heat, cover and leave to stand for  5 minutes. Strain and every hour take for 1  cup. Since liquid should drink hot, keep it in a thermos.

Dandelion and Chicory

Mix 40 g of dandelion root and Chicory and 20 g mint and 3 tablespoons of the mixture pour with half a liter of boiling water and leave covered to rest for 2 hours. Strain and drink with a tablespoon in  every 2 hours. Drink 6 weeks.

Tea made from Horsetail

Pour a tablespoon of chopped horsetail with 3 dl of cold water and leave covered for an hour and then heated to boiling and cook 2-3 minutes. Strain and drink 1 dl three times a day. The treatment lasts for at least three weeks.

Tea for gallstones from Yarrow and Humulus (hop)

Mix 25 g of yarrow, anise, hop, mint and senna seeds, and a tablespoon of the mixture pour 2 dl of boiling water and leave covered for an hour. Strain and drink 3 times a day, before meals, after a cup of freshly prepared tea. The treatment lasts 21 days.

Marigold and cornflower

Mix 40 g of marigold, 20 g flower cornflowers, 10 g root of nettle, 10 g of dandelion root and 3 g of honeysuckle, and 5 tablespoons of the mixture pour with a liter of boiling water and leave covered for an hour. Strain and drink 2oo ml tea 4-5 times a day, only before eating.
