Abdominal Pain and Cramps -Causes and Home Remedies!!!

Cramps are fast and alternating contraction and relaxation of muscles, which causes irregular movements of the limbs or body parts. The cause is poor blood circulation.

– 3 tablespoons finely powdered roots or leaves or 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds  cook in 400 ml of water about 3 minutes, leave covered to cool and drink three times a day per tablespoon.
